Seven was the lead gelding of the Horse Hill herd for many years. A beautiful Arabian, reserved at first, as if wrapped in his own quiet mystery. Yet after spending time with him on the hill, I came to know him as a sweet and soulful presence — steady, wise, and deeply gentle with me beneath his noble bearing.
